Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to help clients scale their teams with talented individuals. Working with an experienced account manager, you will quickly become an expert recruiter developing your knowledge of the tech landscape.

You will identify candidates, pitch roles, guide candidates through the process, and map the market. The role is open to graduates or those with some sales experience, offering uncapped commission and clear progression.

What can you expect?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for helping our clients scale their teams with talented individuals. Working alongside an experienced account manager, you will quickly become an expert recruiter developing your knowledge of an ever-changing tech landscape.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

• Finding the best candidates on the market to join our clients’ teams
• Selling our clients and the roles they have
• Communicating with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
• Carrying out analysis and research through market mapping
• Identify potential new clients and businesses to work with
