Job summary

Mackinnon Bruce is recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team. You will build a full 360 desk, generating leads, pitching clients, negotiating terms, and delivering recruitment solutions.

We offer a clear 9-step career progression, fast-track development in a high-performance environment, and an uncapped commission structure with OTE milestones starting at £45k+ in year 1, £65k+ in year 2, and £100k++ by year 3.
