Masterclass Education in Barnsley is seeking a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant for our Barnsley office. This full-time, permanent role starts September 2026 and offers a crafted career path in education recruitment within a supportive team.

You will build relationships with schools, source and place candidates, and support staffing solutions while working to targets. Uncapped commission (20%) enhances earnings alongside a competitive base salary.

The Role
