Job role: Education Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester (Ancoats)

Salary / OTE: £26,000 - £28,000 with 1st year OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, and colleges to understand their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and place top-tier teaching professionals into suitable roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless candidate and client experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic business growth plans.
