Tempting Recruitment in Dartford is seeking an ambitious recruitment sales professional. You will speak with candidates and clients daily and learn to manage recruitment processes from start to finish, working toward high activity and clear targets.

Expect commission from day one as you build long-term business relationships. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a clear career progression into consultant-level roles and an initial salary of £18,000 plus

Qualifications

• A strong desire to build a career in recruitment sales.
• Background in call centres, telesales, door-to-door sales or customer-facing roles.
• Confident communication skills on phone and email.
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Independence and maturity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable making 100 outbound calls per day.
• Resilient and confident in handling objections.
• Ambitious attitude with drive to succeed.
• Willingness to work hard, meet targets, grow with the business.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred).

Salary: £18,000 + Commission with realistic (OTE £25,000 £30,000) + Full Training & Career Progression

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Dartford Nearest Station Stone Crossing

Benefits: Earn commission from day one. High performers once you have demonstrated hard work, initial salary can be review to £21,000 + Commission if you achieve your targets, while learning.
