Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee Quantity Surveyor for a well-established developer delivering high-end refurbishment projects. Based from the office in New Milton, you will travel to local sites within about an hour and learn the full commercial process from experienced surveyors.

You will support schedules of works, variations and material ordering while developing under supervision of the Commercial Manager and Senior QS.

Formación

• Experience in construction or related field.
• Desire to build a long-term Quantity Surveyor career.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with schedules of works, variations and measurements.
• Support material ordering and take-offs.
• Communicate with Commercial Manager and Senior QS/Project Manager.
• Visit sites for measurements and site visits as required.
