Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established developer delivering high-end refurbishment projects. Based from New Milton, you’ll support projects across local sites within about an hour and work closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior QS to learn the full commercial process from the ground up.

You’ll gain hands-on training, exposure to client-end projects, and chartership support with clear progression paths within a close-knit

• Degree or higher qualification in Construction or Quantity Surveying.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Lymington, Hampshire (Commutable from: Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southampton, Ringwood, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, New Milton)

Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to build a long-term career with a close-knit, high-quality construction business where you can learn directly from experienced Surveyors and progress up the ranks?

This is a permanent opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning developer delivering high-end refurbishment projects directly for end clients. You will be based from their office in New Milton and support projects across local sites within around an hour.

In this role you'll work closely with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor, learning the full commercial process from the ground up. Day-to-day you'll help understand project requirements, support schedules of works, communicate with the QS and Project Manager, pick up variations, measure works, and assist with ordering materials.

As a result of continued growth and an ambition to increase turnover, they are looking to add to their commercial team with someone who takes their career seriously and wants to develop into a senior role.
