Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in the New Milton area is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support high-end refurbishment projects and learn directly from experienced surveyors while progressing into a senior commercial role on nearby sites.

This permanent opportunity offers chartership support, hands-on training and a clear progression path, with local site visits and close collaboration with the Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher qualification in Construction or Quantity Surveyor.
• Understanding of the construction industry and a desire to build a long-term career.
• Good communicator with a driven, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Quantity Surveyor supporting high-end refurbishment projects.
• Office based in New Milton with local site visits (typically within 1 hour).
• Supporting schedules of works, variations, measurements and material ordering.
• Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager.
