haart Estate Agents in Earley is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established team. You will manage residential properties with a focus on client care, compliance, and high service standards, with clear opportunities for long-term career progression into leadership roles within the business.

The role offers extensive training, a company car, a full-time schedule (08:30-18:00 weekdays; 09:00-17:00 Saturdays quarterly with a day in lieu), and 30 days of annual leave, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Good telephone manner.
• IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
• Deposit returns.
• Resolving rental arrears.
• Processing eviction requests.
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Managing complaints.
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports.
