Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Bristol is seeking an experienced Property Manager to be the main contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, compliance and tenancy progression. The role requires local presence and offers a basic salary with uncapped commission and OTE.

Working hours include occasional Saturdays and a day in lieu. Benefits include a company car, progression opportunities, and extensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears and processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures with full inventory reports
