Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Colchester is seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join our team. This full-time role runs 8:30am–6pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm one in four Saturdays, with uncapped commission and £27k+ OTE. Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills required.
• Willingness to learn and develop in property management.
• Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Booking property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring health and safety standards
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing check in and check out procedures
