Job description

We are looking for fantastic customer service-focused individuals to train as property managers and act as ambassadors for our company. Supporting our Lettings business as part of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, you will provide consistently excellent service to drive the growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.

Location: London - Hammersmith, Balham, Twickenham, Shoreditch

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with your Property Management team to ensure all properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation.
2. Deliver a five-star service to landlords and tenants throughout the lifecycle of a fully managed property.
3. Carry out Pre-Tenancy Inspections.
4. Undertake administrative tasks, keeping records and logs up to date.
5. Develop strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants to retain and grow business opportunities.
6. Check that works are completed and keep all parties updated.
7. Assist at the end of tenancies, including communication related to deposit returns.
8. Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
9. Promote our refurbishments team to improve the quality of our portfolio.
10. Stay up to date with relevant legislation.
11. Attend regular morning meetings with relevant Lettings teams to ensure excellent communication.
