We are looking for customer service-focused individuals to train as property managers, acting as ambassadors for the company. You will support our Lettings business within the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, providing excellent service to drive growth and retention of Landlords and our Lettings portfolio.

Location:

London - Hammersmith, Balham, Twickenham, Shoreditch

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation in collaboration with your Property Management team.
2. Deliver five-star service to landlords and tenants throughout the property lifecycle.
3. Conduct Pre-Tenancy Inspections.
4. Maintain accurate records and logs of administrative tasks.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants to maximize business opportunities.
6. Monitor work completion and keep all parties informed.
7. Assist at the end of tenancies, including deposit return communications.
8. Resolve issues efficiently and promptly.
9. Promote refurbishment initiatives to improve portfolio quality.
10. Stay updated on relevant legislation.
11. Participate in regular team meetings for effective communication.
