Superdrug Stores plc in Northampton is seeking a part-time Trainee Pharmacy Assistant or qualified Dispenser to join our online pharmacy operations hub. The role offers flexible hours across all seven days, with a 27-hour week and hourly pay of £15.15 for Dispensers or up to £13.95 for Trainee Assistants.

We welcome applicants with or without prior pharmacy experience and support development through training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent).
• No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensure customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.
