Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Mansfield is seeking a friendly, customer-focused person to join our pharmacy team as a Dispenser or Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. The role is 16 hours per week with flexible days and some Saturdays, offering on-the-job training and progression.

We welcome applicants with or without pharmacy experience; NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or a keen interest in healthcare qualifies you to start. Salary: £13.80/hr (Dispenser) or up to £13.00/hr (Trainee).

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR keen interest in healthcare to start as trainee.
• No prior experience required.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to training in additional services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
