Job summary

Superdrug is hiring in Northampton for Dispenser or Trainee Pharmacy Assistant roles at the Northampton Hub (NN1 2ED). The role offers 27 hours per week with flexible shifts across all seven days. Dispenser pay is £15.15 per hour; Trainee Pharmacy Assistant up to £13.95 per hour.

No prior experience required—enthusiasm for healthcare and customer service is key. We provide full development support, with opportunities to learn in a busy online pharmacy operations environment and join a team

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing or equivalent, or keen interest to start as trainee.
• No prior experience required; passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to training in additional services.
• Experience in an online pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Deliver exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensure customers and patients are served with care, efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.
