Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a pharmacy team member in Chester Le Street. Open to qualified Dispensers or those starting as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. Hours are 8 per week on Saturdays, with possible overtime during the week. Salary: £13.80 per hour for Dispenser and up to £13.00 per hour for Trainee.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career.
• No prior experience required; just a passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to training in additional services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
