Specsavers in Workington is seeking a proactive Trainee Optical Assistant to help create an outstanding store environment and ensure every patient receives the best care.

No prior experience required; the role offers full training and development opportunities, a supportive team, and benefits. The position involves weekend work and being part of a busy retail optics team in our Workington store.

As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Based in Workington, our store has off‑site parking and bike lockups available.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
