Job summary

Specsavers in Street, Somerset is seeking a proactive Trainee Optical Assistant to join our store. You’ll help deliver outstanding customer service and support eye-care services, even without prior optics experience.

The role offers training and development opportunities in a recently refurbished store, with part-time weekend hours and a range of staff perks. You’ll be part of a friendly team focused on customer excellence.

As a Trainee Optical Assistant in our recently refurbished and extended Street store in beautiful Somerset you'll be part of a store that exemplify superb teamworking and customer excellence.

You don’t need to have previous Optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.
