Job summary

Specsavers in Winsford is seeking a Trainee Optical Assistant to join our store team. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer care, supporting customers with eyewear choices, and learning in a fast-paced retail environment.

You do not need previous optics experience; the role focuses on building a great store experience, strong customer service, and welcoming new colleagues into a supportive team.

As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.
