Job summary

Specsavers in Fort William is seeking a proactive Trainee Optical Assistant to join our welcoming store. You don’t need prior experience; you will receive full training and ongoing support to develop specialist optics knowledge and progress within the company.

You will help create an outstanding store environment, deliver excellent customer service, and learn through a structured training path that opens up future career opportunities in optics.

As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores. Full training and support will be offered for this role.
