Job summary

VolkerWessels UK is seeking a Trainee Operative for our Traffic Management team based at the Brentwood Depot. You will work with direct labour and subcontractors, aiming to meet targets and deadlines, including operating traffic lights and plant when trained and certificated.

We value initiative, effective communication, and a willingness to work outdoors. NHSS 12D M1/2 and NHSS 12 A/B are desirable qualifications, and full training will be provided.

About The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Trainee Operative to join our Traffic Management business, based out of our Brentwood Depot.

Responsible for working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time. These include the operation of Traffic Lights and plant, where trained and certificated with the addition of various other aspects of Traffic Management.
