Air Charter Service in the United Kingdom seeks an Operations professional to join the Surbiton headquarters and provide around-the-clock support for global charter operations. You will monitor flights, coordinate with brokers, and maintain CRM data, while building relationships with airlines, airports and service providers.

The role requires shift work, including nights and weekends, and a proactive, independent team player.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Additional language(s) (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin) are essential.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends & bank holidays.
• MUST live within 45 minutes commute of Surbiton HQ.
• A genuine interest in aviation and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Providing 24/7 365 coverage and operational support from Surbiton HQ.
• Work with onsite rep team and customer experience to mitigate day-of-flight issues.
• Provide operational information and assist in delivery charters for brokers worldwide.
• Be present through live charter flights, advising on potential issues.
• Flight watching and sending movement messages to brokers and clients.
• Build relationships with airline operators, FBOs and airports globally.
• Update ACS CRM and compliance systems with current data.
• Complete daily reports for worldwide teams and management.
• Balance operational constraints with service goals (on-time performance, passenger satisfaction).

Job Description

We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our Operations team to help provide around the clock coverage and operational support to all of our employees across the globe, ensuring each charter goes off without a hitch!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Providing 24/7 365 coverage and operational support to ACS brokers worldwide, in person from our Surbiton based Head Office
• Work closely with our onsite rep team and customer experience to mitigate any issues which may arise on day of flight
• Provide operational information and assisting in delivery charters for all brokers in all global divisions.
• Being there every step of the way with live charter flights – providing a full service to our brokers and advising if there are any potential issues
• Flight Watching, tracking all aspects of the flight, keeping the brokers informed and sending movement messages to brokers (and clients when requested)
• Building relationships with airline operators, FBOs and Airports worldwide
• Continuous duty for OCC to update ACS CRM and compliance systems – Updating Airline/Airport/Handling information to ensure ACS has the most accurate and up-to-date data available
• Completing daily reports and communications to be sent out to worldwide teams and management, advising brokers of potential risks to upcoming operations
• Balancing operational constraints with service goals (on-time performance, passenger satisfaction)

Qualifications

• Additional language (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin.) - ESSENTIAL
• A genuine interest in Aviation and a passion for exceeding customer service expectations
• Flexible - must be able to work 12 hour shift patterns including night shifts, weekends & bank holidays
• Fluency in English is essential

Additional Information

• Working hours are varied, these include weekends & bank holidays, shifts will be allocated on a rota basis
• The shift patterns are 3 on 3 off, 06:00 - 18:00 or 18:00 - 06:00
