Red Dot Search UK Limited in Bolton is recruiting a Trainee Claims Handler in motor insurance. No prior insurance experience required. The role offers full training, funded CII qualifications, and a dedicated in-house trainer.

You will take motor claims, run your own workload, and be the contact for policyholders and brokers. 35 hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with hybrid work after probation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in any sector.
• Genuinely good on the phone and able to stay calm.
• Organised, accurate and able to learn new computer systems.
• GCSEs English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Willing to work towards the CII qualification with full funding.

Responsibilities

• Take motor claims when they first come in and gather details.
• Manage your own caseload by phone and in writing.
• Be the point of contact for policyholders and brokers.
• Learn how liability works and determine fault where needed.
• Flag anything that does not look right.
