Connells Group in the Biggin Hill area is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Alan De Maid branch. You'll provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, build relationships with estate agency colleagues, and guide customers from application to completion.

This role offers a competitive base with an OTE of £35k–£45k, uncapped commission, quality leads, and industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
