Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Bairstow Eves Kenley branch. This is an excellent opportunity to start or develop a career in mortgage and protection advice, with industry-leading training, dedicated support and high-quality leads.

You will build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues, generate new business, guide customers through the mortgage process and pursue personal performance targets.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification required (or equivalent).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop a financial services career.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
