Connells Group is hiring a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for the Abbotts Attleborough branch to join a fast-paced, target-driven team. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, supported by quality leads from the estate agency network, and will guide customers from application to completion.

The role offers a competitive base with £50k OTE, uncapped commission, extensive training, career progression, and modern tools to help you succeed in delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
