Job summary

Connells Haywards Heath is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team. You’ll start or develop your career in mortgage and protection advice, with industry-leading training and high-quality leads that support your development.

This role offers a competitive base with an OTE of £35k, uncapped commission, clear career progression, access to modern tools, and strong support from the branch network.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
