Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Cannock branch. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We offer a competitive basic with £60k OTE, uncapped commission, quality leads from our Estate Agency network, and industry-leading training. This role includes clear career progression and modern tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
