People Solutions are recruiting for a Trainee Machine Operator to work at our client's site in Erdington. This role offers full training and a clear path to a long-term career in a busy production environment with Monday to Friday shifts.

No prior machinery experience is required; you will learn by doing, with a training programme of up to 12 months and potential progression to more senior machine operating roles. The position pays £12.71 per hour and may lead to a permanent role.

• Overseeing and supporting team members once fully trained.
