Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham (Aston) is recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a busy factory environment on a temporary to permanent basis. You will work on a fast-paced production line, with day shifts Monday to Thursday 09:00–18:00 and Friday 08:15–17:00, earning £12.71 per hour.

The role involves operating bespoke machinery, loading and minding machines, assembling parts, performing quality checks and supporting general factory duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operating.
• Be self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Monday - Thursday 09.00am - 6.00pm and Friday 8.15am - 5.00pm

Duties Will Include:

• Working on a fast paced production line


• Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements


• Operating bespoke machinery


• Loading the machine and Machine minding


• Assembling Parts and products


• Quality Checking and inspecting Parts


• Any other general factory duties

Experience and skills required for this role include:

• Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor
