Job summary

Swift Temps Ltd. is hiring a Machine Operator for a busy engineering and manufacturing site in Atherstone-on-Stour. The role offers Monday–Friday work with an early finish every Friday and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Full training is provided, and there is long‑term ongoing work with potential for permanence. Own transport is required due to the location. You will operate production machinery, assemble and package products, perform quality checks, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual individual with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a busy production environment.
• Full training provided but prior manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Assemble and prepare products.
• Pack and check finished products.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Keep workspace clean, tidy and organised.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Support other areas of production when required.
