Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a motivated Trainee Luxury Vehicle Technician in the Aylesford area to join a premier dealer group representing a world-class luxury brand.

The role is based on-site in a state-of-the-art facility, with a baseline salary of £29,000–£32,000 per year plus a performance bonus. You will perform routine maintenance, servicing and foundational repairs while shadowing master technicians to reach luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience in a main dealer or independent garage.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or currently completing).
• Eagerness to learn high-end diagnostic and electronic troubleshooting skills under senior mentorship.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on luxury vehicles.
• Assist master technicians to meet main dealer luxury standards.
• Shadow senior technicians to develop diagnostics skills.

Pay & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (Tailored salary scale aligned directly to your current experience level) + performance bonus scheme
• Hours & Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (plus alternate Saturday morning rota)

Role Overview

Seeking a motivated Trainee Luxury Vehicle Technician with at least 6 months of garage experience to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and foundational repairs while shadowing master technicians to step up to main dealer luxury standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6+ months of hands-on experience in a main dealer or independent garage.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or currently completing).
• Mindset: Eagerness to learn high-end diagnostic and electronic troubleshooting skills under senior mentorship.
• Essentials: Full UK driving licence.
