Hawk Hiring LTD in Tonbridge is seeking an ambitious Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our modern workshop. You will service and diagnose high-end vehicles, using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and manufacturer systems, ensuring quality workmanship.

Ideally you hold NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair and a full UK driving licence. The role offers a strong earning potential with excellent benefits and a supportive team culture.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary Tiers: Up to £45,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) | £34,720 basic entry level for NVQ 3, fast-tracking rapidly to £39,500+
• Realistic Earnings: £44,220+ OTE supported by an uncapped bonus scheme averaging £9,500+ per year across the team
• Hours: Monday to Friday — Exceptional Work-Life Balance with only 1 in 9 Saturday mornings required (plus optional overtime if you want to boost earnings)

Role Overview

Seeking an ambitious Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our modern Tonbridge workshop team. You will carry out high-standard vehicle maintenance, routine servicing, and diagnostic troubleshooting on iconic luxury vehicles, utilizing state-of-the-art manufacturer diagnostic systems.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or IMI equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Previous main dealership or strong independent specialist experience.
• Solid mechanical repair and electronic diagnostic capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Location & Commute

• Base: Tonbridge area (Free secure on-site parking)
• Road Links: Prime location right off major Kent road networks (A21 / A26 corridor).
• Commutable From: Tonbridge, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Paddock Wood, Pembury, and Hildenborough.
