As a leading independent Estate Agency, we are currently looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings Team. The role requires an individual who is efficient, able to work to tight deadlines, and with an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling calls and email inquiries
  • Managing diary and time effectively
  • Dealing with customer inquiries effectively (see service charter)
  • Registering and qualifying tenants
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings to company standards
  • Following up on viewings and providing feedback to clients
  • Qualifying and negotiating offers under guidance of the manager
  • Prospecting and canvassing as per company guidelines
  • Answering all incoming communications (internal and external)
  • Meeting monthly targets and KPIs
  • Focusing on training, personal development, and progression
  • Recording personal performance and preparing figures for monthly reviews
  • Escalating queries outside of own authority
  • Maintaining compliance with internal processes
