Our client, a successful Independent Estate agent, is currently seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving Maldon branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-respected agency that offers full support and career progression!

This role is suitable for a sales-focused individual looking to build a long-term career in the property industry.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll work 5 days a week.

Our client offers:

  • Basic salary of up to £19,000
  • OTE of up to £26,000
  • Full training and support

Requirements for Trainee Lettings Negotiator:

  • Target-oriented and career-driven
  • A team player with individual flair
  • Lettings experience is ideal but not essential
  • Well-presented and an excellent communicator
  • Strong work ethic
  • Competitive and eager to succeed
  • Full UK Driver’s License

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Arrange valuations and negotiate with Landlords to expand property portfolio
  • Identify and maximize business opportunities, canvassing for valuation leads
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
  • Maintain strong relationships with Landlords to generate future business
