Our client, a successful independent estate agent, is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving Colchester branch.

• Work 5 days a week.

In return, our client offers:

• Basic salary up to £19,000
• OTE up to £26,000
• Full training and support

Candidate requirements:

• Lettings experience is preferred but not essential
• Well-presented and excellent communicator
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Full UK Driver’s License

Key responsibilities include:
