Our client is a premier estate agency offering an unparalleled service in some of the most prestigious areas of London, namely Notting Hill, Kensington & Holland Park. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing unmatched services, they are looking to recruit a highly skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

- Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Experience working in Prime Central London (preferably West Prime Central London).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ARLA) would be advantageous.
- IT literate.
- Friendly personality.
- Full UK driving licence.
Our client is offering a basic salary of £20,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £60,000 to £65,000! A pooled car will be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. When a Saturday (10am to 3pm) is worked, you will get half a day in lieu the following week.
