Join Brown & Merry as a Trainee Estate Agent

At Brown & Merry, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team in Aylesbury. This is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings through an industry-leading development and training program. The position is on a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Skills and experience required

• Preferably experience in sales
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
