Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Grays is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to start your career in property lettings. You will work with landlords and tenants, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and help secure new tenancies while building confidence, communication and sales skills.

Training begins at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, with fully paid tuition and placement support. The role offers full-time hours, a generous leave policy and an uncapped commission structure.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Grays

• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission

• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
