Berry Recruitment Group in Banbury is seeking a Trainee Sales Development Representative to join a fun and vibrant team. Hybrid role with 2 days at home (Thursday and Friday). Training: 6-8 weeks.

Salary £24,500 per annum plus uncapped commission and quarterly incentives. You will perform high-volume outreach to identify and qualify IT opportunities, supporting UK & Ireland and global tech organisations. Qualifications

• 6 months’ office-based experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a high-activity environment.
• A genuine interest in Technology and the IT Channel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume daily activity including cold calling and personalised emails to schedule meetings with IT Professionals.
• Conduct high-level discovery conversations to qualify opportunities on behalf of our client.
• Manage outreach tracks for world-class IT vendors and stay updated on product roadmaps and certifications.
• Produce concise reports on qualified opportunities and maintain clean CRM records.
• Attend client training sessions on-site or virtually.
