Berry Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Sales Development Representative in Banbury with hybrid working (2 days from home: Thu/Fri). The role involves high-volume outreach to IT professionals, qualification of opportunities, and supporting IT vendors and channel partners.

You will join a fast-paced sales environment, benefit from 6–8 weeks of training, and earn a base salary of £24,500 per annum with uncapped commissions and incentives. This is a great start for a career in IT sales.

Qualifications

• 6 months' office-based experience in sales, customer service, or a high-activity environment.
• Genuine interest in Technology and the IT Channel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic prospecting: high-volume daily activity including cold calling and personalised emails to schedule meetings with IT professionals.
• Qualification: conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities for our client.
• Campaign management: manage outreach tracks for IT vendors and stay updated on product roadmaps and certifications.
• CRM discipline: produce concise reports and keep CRM data clean and up-to-date.
• Attend on-site and virtual client training sessions and adapt to briefs.
