About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in recruitment from the ground up. You’ll learn everything you need to become a successful recruiter — from sourcing candidates and client management, to sales techniques, interviews, and closing deals.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, people-first environment where energy, ambition, and personality count just as much as experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to candidates and clients daily
• Building long-term relationships with clients and jobseekers
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Learning sales and negotiation skills from experienced consultants
• Hitting targets and earning commission!

You don’t need a background in recruitment, but you do need:

• A confident, outgoing personality – you’ll be speaking to people all day
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• A proactive, can-do attitude – we want self-starters
• Ambition and resilience – recruitment can be tough, but hugely rewarding
• A love of working with people – this job is all about relationships
• A commutable distance to Warwick (CV34)
