At Plexus we’ve been hiring within the Web3 space since 2017. We’re the world’s biggest Crypto and Web3 recruitment company, and we connect the very best talent to the most exciting roles.

Recruitment involves matching up a person looking for a job (candidate) with a company looking for new talent (the client) and managing the whole process. Depending on the role you take at Plexus, you can either work the candidate side (often called delivery, or 180), or both sides (called 360).
