As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own business within the business. You’ll master your market, control your pipeline, and close deals with high-value clients across Europe. This is pure performance-based sales where every win counts.

Alex Park-Davies is one of our Sales Managers heading up our Engineering / Mechanical European Team, with over 8 years of experience at g2. He's developed a team of 10, most notably Dan Worthington, Nottingham's top performer. Alongside leading a team Alex continues to service clients and win new business with some of the leading companies within his market.

What’s In It For You:

• Base Salary: £25,000 (£26,000 upon passing probation)
• Uncapped Commission: Earn what you’re worth. Realistic OTE:

Year 1: £30–45k

Year 2: £50–70k

Year 3: £100k+
