g2 Recruitment is expanding its Manchester office and seeks ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join. No prior recruitment experience required; extensive training provided.

What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?

No previous recruitment experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Becoming a specialist within either the IT Benelux or Engineering UK/EU market
• Building your own client and candidate network from scratch
• Cold calling, business development and pitching opportunities daily
• Creating long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Developing strategies to win new business and grow your market
• Building your personal brand through networking and advertising
• Learning the full sales cycle and becoming an expert in your sector
