Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:

All our recruitment consultants begin as 180 delivery consultants for the initial weeks.

We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through the interview and hiring process
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Then, you can progress to a 360 role, where you:

• Work the full recruitment cycle
• Generate leads and develop client relationships to win new business

Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary.
