This is a permanent role within our Frame Department, where your work plays a vital part in the quality and success of the finished sofas and chairs that leave our factory.
All Lebus sofa frames are handmade on site, using high‑quality materials and traditional craftsmanship supported by modern manufacturing methods. As a Frame Assembler, you’ll help build strong, durable frames that move through the factory and become finished upholstered furniture.
Previous experience in frame assembly, woodworking, or manufacturing is helpful but not essential — full training is provided, and we welcome transferable skills.
