Job Details

Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent

Location: Rainham - located within the Medway Towns in North Kent, offers a compelling blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am - 7pm, Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm (day in lieu). Our agency team currently works Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car required.

• Qualifying potential clients, identifying needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
• Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
• Negotiating offers and liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers through to sales conclusion.
• Providing high-level customer service to all clients.
• Referring leads to Mortgage Scout and related divisions.
