Your Day-to-Day as a Trainee Estate Agent:

• Build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
• Fully qualify applicants to understand their motivation and tailor property tours accordingly.
• Plan and conduct viewing tours to maximize results.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and refer them to mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Proactively manage conveyancing processes, including initiating surveys and following up with solicitors and buyers.
• Manage the referencing process efficiently for all applicants.
